Classifications

Additionally, anti rust metal paint can also be divided into water based and oil based paint. Water based antirust paint is more widely used.

1. Epoxy Iron Red Anti Rust Metal Paint
Composition
Our epoxy iron red anti rust metal paint is primarily composed of epoxy resin, iron oxide red, antirust fillers and pigments, anti rust additives, and compound solvent, etc. It adopts multi-amine compounds as curing agent.
This anti rust metal paint is a type of two pack coating. Pack A is the antirust metal paint and pack B is the curing agent.

Performance
Epoxy iron red anti rust metal paint is a type of anti rust primer which cures at room temperature and dries quickly. Paint film has superior physical and mechanical performance.
This anti-corrosion primer can be used in combination with various finish coatings.
This anti rust metal paint contains no zinc, so it won't produce any harmful substance when the painted object is undergoing welding.

Application
This anti rust metal paint is popular among steel plate manufacturers. It is an ideal primer coating for steel plates whose rust has been removed.
When the fully dried paint film is 25 micron, this anti rust paint can provide a 6-month of protective for steel plates.

Matching coating materials
Our anti rust metal primer can be used in combination with coating materials like epoxy resin paint, chlorosulfonated polyethylene paint, alkyd resin paint, and so on.

Note
1. This anti rust metal paint is not suitable to be used when the air temperature is below 5℃.
2. While used for steel plate coating, it should be used in combination with H-type diluent.
3. Before applying, filter the paint with 60 mesh copper wire mesh.

2. Colored Epoxy Polyester Self Dry Enamel Paint (Anti Rust Paint)
Composition
Our colored self dry enamel paint is composed of polyester, epoxy resin, amino resin, and pigments.
It is also a type of two pack coating. Pack A is the enamel paint and pack B is the curing agent.

Characteristics of self dry enamel paint
Its paint film has high gloss, high hardness, high toughness, strong adhesion force and good color and gloss retention. Our enamel paint also features good resistance to acid, alkali and heat.

Applications
This anti rust paint is designed for providing corrosion resisting coating and decorative coating to the following objects, high grade wood furniture, instruments, machine tools, and metallurgical machinery, etc.
It is also applicable for steel products, steel roof trusses, bridges, petrochemical pipelines, gas tanks, oil tanks, cement floor, and more.

Application instructions
1. We recommend using cyclohexanone and xylene mixed diluent (cyclohexanone: xylene = 2:1) or the special diluent of our company to dilute our anti rust paint. Never use alcohol solvent and aromatic solvent for dilution.
2. Before brush coating, please make sure the application surface is dry, rustless and oil free.
3. If the application surface is uneven, please coat the surface with matching epoxy putty.
4. Package
  Pack A: 20 kg; pack B: 20 kg, 10 kg, 5 kg.
