Description
Maydos low viscosity chloroprene adhesive or neoprene glue is a multipurpose surface contact adhesives with strong bonding ability. This multipurpose adhesive is made with latest technology and equipment, so it is able to cope with the changing material properties as well as to achieve greater bonding performance. Thus, it has excellent viscosity and absolute resistance to aging.

Maydos low viscosity chloroprene adhesive or neoprene glue is suitable for industries such as architectural decoration, furniture manufacture, automobile assembly, advertising, shoes, leather, rubber, textile, toy, and home decoration, to name a few. It effectively works well with non-contact surfaces like anti-firing plate, aluminum-plastic plate and PVC board, and common board surfaces such as wood board, plywood, floor board, furniture, wallpaper, polyester plywood, bamboo board, asbestos board, carpet, rubber, etc.

Application Instructions
1. Surface Clean up
Area of application must thoroughly cleaned-off from grease, smirch, rust, moisture and surfaces of bamboo, leather or rubber etc must be matted.
2. Adhesive preparation and Application
Our chloroprene adhesive or neoprene glue has better bonding adhesive when it mixed thoroughly by stirring well or shaking the tinned adhesive upside-down before application. A spread of thin layer of adhesive is followed by a second round of spreading, thus preventing air absolutely from the surface of application. This process ensures adhesive to penetrate as well as pure contact between adhesive solvent resulting in strong bond and also strengthens the power of viscosity to take effect.
3. Airing
A time lapse of 5 to 25 minutes after application ensures conducive environment for proper bond performances.
4. Adding pressure or tapping achieves immediate unity at the point of application.

Storage Condition
Keep chloroprene adhesive or neoprene glue away from reach of children, store in cool, dry and ventilated place. The storing temperature shall range from 5-35℃, and the relative humidity shall be <80%.

1. The most acceptable temperature and humidity for bonding: temperature≥5℃, humidity: ≤85%
2. Chloroprene adhesive or neoprene glue is flammable as it contains VOC. Do keep it away from fire and take heed that the room or area is well ventilated during application.

Application
1. Surface Preparation
Before application, please make sure the application surface is cleaned off. The surface should be grease free, dustless and dry. Additionally, bamboo, leather and rubber surfaces should be matted before applying chloroprene adhesive or neoprene glue.
2. Applying preparation
Before use, please make sure Maydos chloroprene adhesive or neoprene glue is stirred thoroughly, thus achieving optimum bonding effect. A thin layer of adhesive should be applied first and then a second around applying towards the same direction, thus allowing air to escape and strengthening the bonding force.
3. Airing
Wait for 5 to 25 minutes (25 Celsius) after brushing, until the condition is proper to agglutinate.
4. Bind the two surfaces by accurately targeting the required surfaces and press them with adequate force. Any sliding or movements of surfaces, weakens the bonding performance.
