General Introduction
1. JD1000 common epoxy floor paint is a type of two-component, solvent-based polyester finish. Designed based on special formula, our epoxy floor paint can be applied in cold and moist environment. It still features reliable performance even applied in wet and humid areas. So, JD1000 epoxy floor paint is applicable for the floor in the light industrial workshop, warehouse, etc.
Its paint film is hard and abrasion resistant.
This epoxy polyester finish is provided with wide range of colors.
2. JD-D10 common epoxy floor primer paint is a type of two-component solvent based epoxy resin paint. This type of epoxy floor paint has good penetration and sealing power on concrete and whetstone as well as many other porous matrixes. It can reinforce the substrate strength and features good adhesion.
Additionally, this epoxy resin paint can be added into arenaceous quartz or amorphous silica, and then it can be used as undercoat.

Recommended Consumption
Primer: 0.15kg/square meter
Finish: 0.30kg/square meter
Quartz Sand: 0.54kg/square meter
Quartz Powder: 0.15kg/square meter

Application Instructions
1. Surface preparation
Correct substrate preparation is vital for guaranteeing optimum paint performance.
Before applying our epoxy floor paint, please make sure the application surfaces is solid, clean, dry, and free from oil, grease and loose particles.
2. Primer preparation
Mix JD-D10A and JD-D10B at a ratio of 1:1 by weight, and the reference coverage is 0.15kg/㎡/coat. JD-D10 epoxy floor paint functions to seal the substrate completely, thus preventing air bubbles in undercoat and finishing coat. As per the oil absorption performance of the substrate, a second coat of JD-D10 epoxy floor paint may be required.
We recommend using roller to apply epoxy floor paint, and recoat interval should be 8 hours.
Inspection standards for the primer: even film with certain brightness.
3. Undercoat
Before applying undercoat, mix JD-D10A and JD-D10B at a ratio of 1:1, and then add a certain amount of quartz sand.
Coat and recoat epoxy floor paint until the thickness of paint film is 0.8mm.
Wait for 12 hours before start the following process.
Inspection standards for the undercoat: Non-sticky to hand, no softening, no nail print and scratch on the surface.
4. Putty
Polish the surface with 325# sandpaper and then remove the ash.
Mix JD-D10A and JD-D10B epoxy floor paint together at a ratio of 1:1, and then add a certain amount of quartz powder, and finally apply the mixture directly onto surface with a drawknife.
Wait for 12 hours before start the next process.
Inspection standards for the putty: Non-sticky to hand, no softening, no nail print if pressing on the surface.
5. Finish coating
Polish the surface with 325# sandpaper, and then remove the ash.
Mix JD-D10A and JD-D10B epoxy floor paint together, and then apply the mixture by sprays and rollers.
Recoat interval should be 12 hours.
6. Paint film maintenance
5-7 days. Don't contact directly with water and chemicals.

Clean up
Clean application tools with paper towels at first, and then clean the tools with solvent before the resin system hardens.

Health and Safety Information
Our epoxy floor paint contains certain chemicals which can cause skin irritation. So, please wear gloves and masks before applying the paint, and wash thoroughly after applying.
In case of skin contact, immediately wash with soap and water.
Apply and cure in well ventilated conditions.
Keep epoxy paint away from open flames and spark.
I gotten into eyes, immediately wash with large quantity of clean water, and seek medical treatment as soon as possible.
