Usage Instructions for Decoration Interior Emulsion Paint
1. Application method
To apply our interior emulsion paint on surfaces by wool brushes, rollers, and spray guns are all possible.
2. Theoretical coverage: 0.08-0.10 kg/m2/coat
The actual coverage varies with application surface quality.
3. Application preparation
Mix our emulsion paint before use. Thinning rate should be decided strictly according to related standard.
Proper thinning ratio:
emulsion paint: water = 1: (0.15-0.25)
4. Surface Preparation
(1) Please make sure that the application surface is firm and stable, dry, flat, clean, dust free, and oil free, before applying our interior emulsion paint.
(2) Other requirements on application surface:
   Moisture content ≤8%, PH≤10.
   Before emulsion paint application, the surfaces should be coated with sealing primer.
5. Drying time
  Surface dry: 25mins/25℃
  Recoat interval: at least 2 hours

7. Application environment
No strong winds, no rain, no snow, relative humidity ≤80%, temperature ≥5℃
8.Paint film maintenance
The paint film should be kept away from directly sunlight and rain for 48 hours after painting. 
9.Tool cleaning
Clean all equipment with clean water immediately after use.
10.Storage
Our decorative interior emulsion paint should be stored in clean and cool places in a sealed container.

Good Tips
1. We recommend using our interior emulsion paint in combination with matching Maydos fillers and primers, etc., thus preventing quality problems of paint film.
2. During application intervals, paint cans should be sealed to prevent paint from hardening.
3. This type of interior emulsion paint is not designed for outdoor application. Avoid direct sunlight.
