This solventless fast curing impregnating resin is a type of single component insulating varnish.
Curing condition: 2~3/140 h/℃    
Thermal resisting class: H    
Characteristics
This type of dipping resin varnish features fast cutting speed, stable storage, and superior insulating performance. Meanwhile, resin varnish coating is of high mechanical strength.
Application
Our fast curing impregnating resin is widely used in class B, F and H motors, to provide motor coils with an impregnated insulating coating. It is applicable for water pump motors, traction motors, Y series motors, and generating sets, and more.

2. W-844K1 Unsaturated polyester fast curing impregnating resin
It is a kind of single component dipping resin varnish.
Curing condition: 3~4/130 h/℃
Thermal resisting class: B/F
Characteristics and applications
This impregnating resin varnish features low viscosity, strong penetrability, and fast curing speed. It is applicable for class B and F motors, including pump motors, lifting motor, generator sets, crane motors, and explosion proof motors, and more. Please note that this dipping resin varnish is not designed for hermetic motors.

3. W-844K3 Epoxy fast drying impregnating varnish
This is also a type of single part dipping resin varnish.
Curing condition: 2~4/130 h/℃
Thermal resisting class: B

Our fast drying impregnating varnish is easy to apply and reasonable in price. Its varnish film is of bright color, high strength and superior insulation performance. It is widely used to coating on small-sized stator coils in fan motors, electric tool motors, air-conditioning motors, and pump motors, and more.

4. W-844K5 Low temperature epoxy fast drying impregnating varnish
This epoxy impregnating varnish is also a type of single component varnish.
Curing condition: 0.5~1/80 h/℃    
Thermal resisting class: B/F

This dipping resin varnish is easy to apply and characterized by good usability and superior insulating performance. Its varnish film is of bright color and helps saving energy consumed by machine motors.

Our impregnating varnish features good dampproofness, insulation and high mechanical strength. Meanwhile, it is also characterized by fast drying speed and high cost-performance ratio.
It is an ideal dipping resin varnish for small stator coils of various motors.

6. W-844B2 Continuous impregnating epoxy resin varnish
This is also a two component dipping resin varnish (1:1).
Curing condition: 1/130 h/℃    
Thermal resisting class: B/F

Features of our epoxy resin varnish include, fast curing speed, superior insulating performance, and good impregnation performance, etc. Meanwhile, it also provides good rust proof performance for bearings.
Applications
This continuous dipping epoxy resin varnish is applicable for motor coil impregnating. It is commonly used in small sized and micro type electric motors with an insulation class of B or F.

7. W-844K8 Amino-alkyd fast dry impregnating varnish    
This is a single component dipping resin varnish
Curing condition: 4/120 h/℃    
Thermal resisting class: B    
Characteristics and applications
Featured properties of this impregnating varnish include, good insulating performance, superior oil resistance and ARC resistance. This type of dipping resin varnish is easy to apply. It is extensively used for motor coil and electric apparatus coil impregnating. Please note that is coil impregnating varnish is not designed for hermetic motors.

8. Special-W-844K8 amino-alkyd fast dry impregnating varnish
A type of single part dipping resin varnish.
Curing condition: 3/120 h/℃    
Thermal resisting class: B    
Characteristics and applications
This amino-alkyd impregnating varnish features good impregnation performance, fast drying speed, and low viscosity. Its varnish film is smooth, flat, and of high strength.
It is an ideal insulating coating material for stator coils of electric motors. Meanwhile, it is also suitable for fast drying or continuous impregnation of small-sized and micro-transformer coils.

9. W-844C Copolymerization-imine solvent-free dipping resin varnish
This is a type of single component resin varnish.
Curing condition: 4/160 h/℃    
Thermal resisting class: C    
Characteristics and applications
This insulating resin varnish is characterized by fast curing speed, good storage stability, superior insulating performance, and high adhesion force against coils.
Our dipping resin varnish provides an ideal coil impregnating solution for electric motors and other electric apparatus of H class or above.

10. W-844H Solventless dipping resin varnish
This dipping resin varnish is designed based on single component varnish formulation.

Our solvent-free dipping resin varnish is outstanding for its fast curing speed.
It is applicable for continuous impregnation of electric motors with a center height less than 350, and vacuum pressure impregnation of high voltage motors.
