Characteristics and applications
Our epoxy potting compound features superior insulation property, low shrinkage, and its condensate has shiny appearance and good crack resistance.
This epoxy resin compound is designed for potting coils of small sized transformers and mutual inductors, and ignition coils of motorcycles and automotives, etc. Meanwhile, it is also applied to potting electronic elements.
Fire retardant potting materials are also available here.

2. W-381 Epoxy potting compound
This is also a two-part potting compound (100:30).
Curing condition (h/℃): 10~12/23    
Thermal resisting class: B    
Characteristics and uses
The condensate of this epoxy potting material has shining appearance, good resistance to crack and fire. This potting compound is commonly used for potting electronic components.

3. W-381-1 Epoxy potting resin    
This is also a two-component potting compound (100:30).
Curing condition (h/℃): 2/100
Thermal resisting class: B
Characteristics
W-381-1 epoxy potting resin is designed based on W-381 epoxy potting compound. W-381-1 potting resin and W-381 potting compound has the same thermal resisting class, but their curing condition is different.
Bright surface, superior crack resistance and fire resistance are distinct properties of W-381-1 epoxy potting resin.

4. W-480 Epoxy potting compound    
A two-component epoxy resin compound (2:1)
Curing condition (h/℃): 4~8/23    
Thermal resisting class: F    
Characteristics and uses
This epoxy encapsulant cures at room temperature and has thixotropy. It is extensively used for potting, bonding and thick coating applications.

5. W-481 Epoxy potting compound
This is a two-component epoxy resin compound (4:1).
Curing condition (h/℃): 10~12/23    
Thermal resisting class: F    
Characteristics and uses
This epoxy potting compound has good transparency and heat resistance. It cures at room temperature.
It provides an ideal solution for potting elements and components in motors, electric apparatus and electronic products.
