Description
Maydos JD2000 epoxy self leveling paint is a type of two-component solvent-free epoxy paint. This epoxy paint has good bonding with the solid base.
Its paint film has nice appearance and good durability, and is dust resisting, abrasion resisting, corrosion resisting, and easy to clean. Meanwhile, it has certain toughness, brittle-resistance and the load of a certain weight. Its compressive strength and impact strength is excellent.

Where to Use

Requirements on Substrate
1. Concrete strength ≥C25.
2. Flatness: the maximum fall head in 2M distance< 3mm.
3. The substrate surface should be given waterproof treatment.

Application Processes
1. Substrate preparation
Before applying epoxy self leveling paint, please clean up and polish the surface and make sure the polished surface is clean, dry and leveled up.
2. Primer preparation
Firstly mix JD-D10 epoxy primer well according to standard mixing ratio, and then apply it directly with a roller.
Wait for 8 hours before start the next application step.
Inspection standards for the primer: even film with certain brightness.
3. Putty
Polish the surface with 325# sandpaper and then remove the ash.
Mix JD-D10 epoxy self leveling primer paint with a certain amount of amorphous silica and then apply the mixture onto surface directly with a drawknife.
Wait for 12 hours before start the next process.
Inspection standards for the putty: Non-sticky to hand, no softening, no nail print if pressing on the surface.
4. Sealer
Fine grinding and ash removal. Apply a layer of JD2000A epoxy self leveling paint as the sealer.
5. Finish coating
Apply JD2000A epoxy self leveling paint (finish paint). Meanwhile, use a roller to defom during application.
Inspection standards: even film, no bubbling, uniform color and good scratch resistance.
6. Paint film maintenance
5-7 days. Don't contact directly with water and chemicals.

Application Instructions
1. Mixing
JD2000B epoxy self leveling paint may have small amount of sediment during storage. So it must be stirred well before mixing.
Mix JD2000A and JD2000B epoxy paint at a certain ratio and then stir them well.
Don't scrape the mixed paint inside or at the bottom of the barrel so as to avoid the uneven mixed phenomenon.
2. Reference coverage: 0.8-1.5 kg/m2/coat
Paint film thickness: 0.5-1.1mm
3. Tool cleaning: by KC-X-1 epoxy thinner
4. Construction conditions: temperature ≥10 ℃; relative humidity ≥ 85%

Notes
1. When the temperature rises or paint ingredient amount increases, the duration of service of mixed paint will shorten.
2. Our epoxy self leveling paint should be applied in clean, dry and dustless environment.
3. The paint film may be dulling or floating if the relative humidity is above 80% during application and curing period.

Health and Safety Information
Our epoxy self leveling paint contains certain chemicals which can cause skin irritation. So, please wear gloves and masks before applying the paint, and wash thoroughly after applying.
In case of skin contact, immediately wash with soap and water.
Apply and cure in well ventilated conditions.
Keep epoxy paint away from open flames and spark.
I gotten into eyes, immediately wash with large quantity of clean water, and seek medical treatment as soon as possible.
