Characteristics and uses
Our gel coat resin is easy to use and has strong bonding strength, good insulation property and thermal resistance. It is regularly used for coating of the coil end of small motors, including motors of motorcycles, auto starting dynamo and cleaners, etc.

2. W-844CM Gel coat
This is a single component gelcoat.
Curing condition (h/℃): 1/135
Thermal resisting class: C    
Uses
W-844CM Gel coat is primarily used for coating rotors of electric tool motors, cleaner motors and vehicle starting dynamos, etc.

3. W-960 Gel coat
A two component gelcoat (2:1)
Curing condition (h/℃): 1/120
Thermal resisting class: F

Gel coat resin with different colors are available here.
Automatic trickling coating method is possible.
The gel coat dries fast and its condensate has high strength.
It is extensively used to encapsulate the neck and end of series motors.
