Varnish type
This is a kind of PU wood varnish which can produce high hardness and superior wearing resistant varnish film. It adopts alkyd resin and inorganic substances as primary raw materials.

Application and Characteristics
Our gloss wood floor varnish can be used in combination with various PU floor primer. It is applicable for decoration and protection of family flooring.
In addition to high gloss, high hardness and easy application, this PU varnish also features strong adhesion force. Varnish film is also smooth and flat.

Usage Instructions on Gloss Wood Floor Varnish
1. Application method
  We recommend applying our PU wood floor varnish by a spray gun.
2. Theoretical coverage is 0.1kg/m2/coat. The actual situation varies with substrate quality.
3. Application preparation
  Mix this PU wood varnish well before coating preparation. Preparation should be conducted strictly according to related standard.
Proper preparation ratio: 700 wood varnish: A001 curing agent = 1:1
4. Substrate processing
  The application surface should be firm and stable, dry, flat, clean, dust free, and oil free.
Coat the substrate with matching wood floor primer before PU varnish application.
5. Activation period: 4 hours (25℃)
6. Drying time
  Touch dry: 40min/25℃
  Recoat interval: 4 hours
  Hard dry: 24h/25℃
7. Application environment
  The application temperature should be higher than 8℃ and the relative humidity should be less than 85%. We don't recommend applying Gloss Wood Floor Varnish when it is windy, raining or snowing.
8. Application tools should be cleaned with diluent.
9. Storage
  Our gloss wood floor varnish should be sealed stored in clean, dry, and cool places. Prevent unused PU varnish from freezing.
