Varnish Type
Two component PU clear wood varnish, a kind of PU wood finish

Characteristics
This clear wood varnish provides its varnish film with high hardness and good scratch resistance. High solid content and strong adhesion force are featured properties of this PU varnish. Repeatedly recoating is allowable.

Range of Application
This clear wood finish is applicable for decoration and protection of all types of wood furniture. Pigments can also be added into our wood varnish, to provide woodworks with single color coating.

Application preparation
1. Mix our clear wood varnish well before mixing. The mixing ratio between wood varnish and curing agent should be in accordance with related standard.
2. Before wood finish recoating, make sure the first coat is fully dried and polished.
3. When the temperature is lower than 18℃, our scratch resistant clear wood varnish should be used in combination with BX700 diluent. While the temperature is higher than 18℃, we recommend using BX800 diluent.

Storage
This PU wood varnish should be sealed-stored in cool, dry, ventilated places, and keep it away from heat, direct sunlight, and rain.

Kind Suggestions
1. While mixing this two-component PU varnish, the ratio between wood varnish and curing agent should accord with related standard, thus avoiding coating problems.
2. There is a time constraint on the usage time of this PU two component wood varnish. After mixing, please make sure to use out varnish within specified time.
3. When you are mixing this wood varnish and during application intervals, please mix the varnish frequently, thus avoiding precipitation of pigment and bonding agent.
4. Unused wood varnish should be stored in sealed containers, thus preventing varnish deterioration.
5. We recommend using our scratch resistant clear wood varnish in combination with matching curing agent and diluent. Or else, there may be unpredictable defects.
6. We recommend adding slow-drying solvent into wood varnish to prevent pinhole and blistering.
7. Before choosing matching coloring agent and thinner for this wood varnish, please contact with Maydos Building Materials Company or our sales agents.
8. Clean application tools and varnish containers immediately after use.
9. Mixing ratio shouldn't be altered at liberty, and please note that the mixing ratio is calculated based on weight.
10. Varnish applicator is required to have skilled coating technology and know well about varnish properties, varnish mixing methods, application methods, and applicable environment, etc.
11. Make sure spraying viscosity is in conformation with specified standard.
