Description
Our nitrocellulose wood varnish is designed for decoration and protection variety of materials. It is suitable for interior wood furniture, bamboo and cane products. To satisfy customers' different demands, we can produce nitrocellulose wood varnish with different level of sheen.

Storage
Nitrocellulose wood varnish should be always stored in cool and dry places and keep away from flame and heat.

Preparation and Application
1. Make sure application surfaces are clean, dry and free from wax, grease, oil etc.
2. Before applying our wood varnish on bare wood, make sure sand down bare wood in the direction of the grain, until the surface is smooth. Start sanding with 80# sandpaper, and then150# and finally 220#. Use clean cloth to remove dust between sandings.
3. If you are going to apply our nitrocellulose wood varnish onto another finish, please sand the existing finish first with steel wool or synthetic steel wool.
4. For the first coating, please apply a thin coat of wood paint on substrate and allow it to dry completely. After the first coat has dried, sand it lightly with fine abrasive paper to remove any raised grain.
5. Brush or spray another coat of wood varnish and allow it to dry.
6. Continue to apply nitrocellulose wood varnish until you achieve the desired surface coating.
7. Finally, make sure there aren't any flaws or imperfections on varnish film. Remove all rough spots with steel wool or synthetic steel wool. Remove all dust with a clean tack cloth. For extra protection, polish the surface with paste wax or furniture polish.

1. Always apply our nitrocellulose wood varnish in well ventilated places.
2. We recommend wearing eye protection glasses and rubber gloves to prevent exposure to wood paints.
3. Nitrocellulose wood varnish is a highly flammable liquid. It may cause sensitization due to inhalation or skin contact.
