Descriptions and Characteristics of PE Wood Paint or PE Wood Lacquer
1. Our PE wood lacquer is not only applicable for wooden furniture, but also suitable for high-grade musical instruments, like pianos, guitar, and loudspeaker and more.
Additionally, due to our adoption of high quality raw materials and advanced techniques, our PE wood paint features reliable performance. This wood paint features fast increase in hardness, whether it is applied in a low temperature (<15℃), or thickly coated.
Comparing with traditional wood primer, our PE wood paint has better anti-subsidence performance. This performance improves application efficiency greatly.
2. The following will describe you distinct characteristics of our different models of wood primer.
TE6005D black PE wood paint is characterized by strong hiding power, good filling capacity, high solid content, and its paint film is easy to polish, etc.
In addition to good hiding power, easy polishing and good filling capability, TE6006D white PE wood paint also feature good whiteness.
Good transparency is a featured characteristic of TE6008D extra clear transparent PE wood lacquer. Meanwhile, this transparent primer also feature high solid content, good filling capacity and easy polish on paint film. It is applicable for both dark colored and light colored substrates.
PED1008 PE white primer is economical and has strong hiding power, good filling capacity, good whiteness, etc. Its paint film is also easy to polish.

Usage Instructions of PE Wood Lacquer/Paint
1. Application method
We recommend applying our PE wood lacquer by a spray gun.
2. Application preparation
Mix our wood paint well before thinning. Thinning rate should be decided strictly according to related standard. Detailed thinning standard, please contact us to ask for Proportioning Ratio Form for PE Wood Paint.
3. Substrate processing
The application surface should be firm and stable, dry, flat, clean, dust free, and oil free.
4. Activation period: 20 minutes (25℃, thinned)
5. Application environment
The application temperature should be higher than 8℃ and relative humidity should be less than 85%.
We recommend not applying PE wood lacquer when it is windy, raining or snowing.
6. Paint film maintenance
The paint film can maintain its performance until 48 hours after application, below 25℃. During the 48 hours, the lacquer film should be kept away from direct sunlight and rain.
7. Storage
Our PE wood paint should be sealed stored in clean, dry, and cool places. Prevent unused paint from freezing.
8. Kind suggestions
(1) We recommend using our PE wood lacquer in combination with matching coating materials of Maydos Building Materials Company.
(2) Seal the paint can during application intervals.
(3) This PE wood primer is not designed for outdoor application.

Before application, please read our USER GUIDE carefully. Actual situation may vary with environment, substrate quality and temperature, etc.
