Polyester Putty
Description
Our polyester putty is uniquely designed two component filler with excellent filling performance. It is ideally used in filling uneven and rough surfaces of car body, metals and carpentry nail holes or other holes. Special features of our polyester putty includes, quick drying, excellent adhesive ability, easy sanding, and no sanding holes or air holes after sanding. The paints applied on top are brilliantly smooth and magnificently brighter at its final finish.

Application procedures
1. Surface preparation
Coating surface should be thoroughly sanded and cleaned up from dust, dirt, and rust sediments. First coat or existing painting should be sanded or scraped.
2.  Application
Apply polyester putty with a scrap onto uneven surfaces or holes manually.
3.  Mixing ratio
The mixing ratio of polyester putty and hardener is 100:2 by weight at temperatures ranging from 20℃-30℃. Avoid drying by applying the mixture within 6-10 minutes.
4.  Dilution: Not required.
5.  Drying time
Sanding: one hour after application, but it may vary with temperature.
Recoating: enough time should be spared for touch dry before recoating.
Finish Coat: Finish coat is applied when desired surface is achieved by sanding the putty.
 
Notes for Use
1.  Polyester putty hardener is flammable and explosive. Keep or use avoiding flames, fire, etc.
2.  Stir polyester putty well before use and after use, and make sure that the container is tightly sealed off.
3.  To avoid waste and pre-hardening, do not pour hardener directly into the putty container.
4.  Sand paper of size 150# or 400# is used for sanding after an hour of putty application.
5.  Store polyester putty in a cool and well-ventilated place.
 
Safety Measures
1.  Hardener should be avoided from direct contacts with metal compound or copper.
2.  In case of eye contact, immediately flush eyes with plenty of clean water or diluted boric acid for at least 10 minutes and get medical attention as soon as possible.
3.  Keep out of reach of children.
