Usage Instructions on PU Chemical Resistant Wood Varnish
1. Mix this PU wood varnish well before mixing. The mixing ratio between wood varnish and curing agent should be in accordance with related standard.
2. The color of our PU chemical resistant wood varnish is customizable. Color samples and color palette are offered for color matching.
3. Light colored wood varnish should be used in combination with white wood primer. While dark colored PU wood finish should be used in combination with black primer.
4. When the temperature is lower than 18℃, our PU chemical resistant wood varnish should be used in combination with BX700 diluent. If the temperature is higher than 18℃, we recommend using BX800 diluent.

Substrate processing (solid wood board, MDF boards)

1-2 coats of colored PU wood primer, or 1-2 coats of colored PE wood primer

Storage
Our PU wood varnish should be sealed-stored in cool, dry, ventilated places, and keep it away from heat, direct sunlight, and rain.
