At Maydos Building Materials Company, we can supply two types of SBS glues, namely, Maydos modified SBS adhesive and Maydos SBS adhesive. Both types of multipurpose adhesive have the following common points.

Special Features
1. Both types of building adhesive are environmentally friendly. They don't contain any hazardous material and additive, and they contain almost zero benzene and VOC.
2. Our SBS adhesives have a high solid content of 34%, which is much higher than conventional all purpose adhesives. This can save 30%-40% adhesive usage.
3. Function very well at minimum temperature of -15℃ to -20℃, and bonding capability and transportation during winter seasons isn't an excuse.
4. Maydos modified SBS adhesive and Maydos SBS adhesive have extremely high bonding ability, excellent penetrating capability and dry up quickly.
5. Our SBS glues' stability of effectiveness extends as far as moisture and water-immersion after it has reached its hardened stage.

Usage Instructions
1. Clean Application Area
Area of application must be dry and perfectly free from dust or rusting sediments. Smooth plain surface such as plywood, rubber and so on, must be sanded and dust off before applying our SBS adhesive.
2. Glue spreading
Before application, Maydos SBS adhesive and modified SBS glue should be mixed and stirred thoroughly. Spread adhesive with brushes or scrapers on the two bonding surfaces separately. Spread SBS glue towards the same direction and guarantee a uniform distribution, thus achieving the best bonding performance.
3. Airing
After application of the adhesive, allow enough time so that the SBS glue can penetrate into the surface and at the same time allow solvent and air to escape. Absolute escape of air and solvent completely avoids bubble or weaker bond performance.
4. Bonding
Application must be strictly performed once to a single task. Bind the two surfaces by accurately targeting the required surfaces and press them with adequate force. Any sliding or movements of surfaces, weakens the bonding performance.

Storage Condition
Keep it away from reach of children, and store in cool, dry and ventilated places. The storing temperature shall range 5 - 35 Celsius, and the relative humidity shall be <80%.

Handy Remarks
1. The most acceptable temperature and humidity for bonding SBS glue is temperature≥5℃, humidity ≤85%
2. SBS adhesive is flammable as it contains VOC. Do keep it away from fire and take heed that the room/area is well ventilated during application.
