Usage Instructions for Silk Smooth Interior Emulsion Paint
1.Application method
Before application, make sure the application surface is clean, dry and mildew-free.
Firstly, apply 2 coats of matching Maydos putty on surface.
After that, apply 1 coat of sealing primer.
Finally, apply 2 coats of silk smooth interior emulsion paint.
2.Theoretical coverage: 10-13m2/L/coat
3.Application preparation
Mix the emulsion paint well before thinning. Thinning rate should be decided strictly according to related standard.
Proper thinning ratio: emulsion paint: water = 1: (0.1-0.15)
The maximum water amount should never higher than 20% of paint amount.
4.Surface Preparation
(1) The application surface should be firm and stable, dry, flat, clean, dust free, and oil free.
(2) Other requirements on application surface:
   Moisture content ≤8%, PH≤10.
   Before applying our interior emulsion paint, the surfaces should be coated with sealing primer.
5.Drying time
  Surface dry: 25mins/25℃
  Recoat interval: at least 2 hours

7. Application environment
No strong winds, no rain, no snow, relative humidity ≤80%, temperature ≥5℃
8.Tool cleaning
Clean all equipment with clean water immediately after use.
9.Storage
