Paint type
Our textured paint is primarily composed of synthetic resin and inorganic minerals which respectively functions as the bonding agent and the aggregate. It is a type of water based, matte, and single component paint in white color.

Paint uses
As a middle coating material, our textured paint provides us an ideal solution to create three-dimensional relief coatings. Texture paint is suitable to be used in combination with various finish coatings for both exterior and interior walls.

1. The paint film features low shrinkage during drying period, and it will not crack. So our textured paint is surely a satisfying coating material.
2. Our water based paint is easy to apply and environmentally friendly.
3. Featuring good waterproof function, the cured paint film will not melt in contact with water.

Usage instructions on texture paint
1. Coating method
We recommend employing spray coating by a spray gun. The choosing of gun caliber and pressure should depend on the relief pattern you desired. The greater pattern you desired, the larger the gun caliber and pressure.
After applied for 10 to 20 minutes, the coating can be embossed with an embossing roller, as the case may be.
2. Theoretical coverage of our textured paint
Great pattern: 1.3kg/m2/1 coat
Medium pattern: 1.0 kg/m2/1 coat
Small pattern: 0.8kg/m2/1 coat
The actual coverage varies with substrate quality.
3. Preparations before applying the textured paint
Mix our textured paint well before use.
We don't recommend diluting this textured paint, thus guaranteeing coating quality. If thinner is needed indeed, please dilute the paint with 1-5% clean water.
4. Substrate preparation
Before paint applying, please make sure the application surface is firm, dry, clean, flat, dustless and oil free.
Coat the substrate with a layer of primer coating before applying textured paint.
5. Dry time
Touch dry: 1.5h/25℃
Recoat interval ≥ 24 hours
6. Matching finish coating system
If the finish coating is water based, the middle coating, that is, textured paint coating, should be left drying for 3 days or more. If solvent based finish paint is applied, the middle coating should be left drying for 6 days or more. This can prevent blistering of finish coating and softening of middle coating.
7. Application conditions
The application temperature should be higher than 5℃ and the relative humidity should be less than 80%. We recommend not applying textured paint when it is windy strongly, raining or snowing.
8. Tool cleaning
Application tools should be clean with clean water immediately after use.
9. Storage
Our textured paint should be sealed-stored in clean and cool places. Keep unused paint away from freezing.
