Characteristics
W-844F6 epoxy trickle resin varnish features superior thermal stage mechanical strength, good electrical properties, satisfying heat resistance and fungus resistance, fast drying speed, and more. Its varnish film is strong and durable.
Applications
Our trickle resin varnish is commonly used for trickling impregnation of rotor coils of high rotational speed, micro-type and small-sized electric motors. Impregnated coils are capable of reducing motor vibration and operation noise, which is helpful for prolong the service life of motors.

2. W-844HD Polyester-imine rolling and trickle resin
This is a type of two component trickle resin varnish (100:1).
Curing condition (h/℃): 1/130    
Thermal resisting class: H
Characteristics and uses
Fast drying speed, high mechanical strength and superior insulating performance are districted characteristics of our resin varnish. Additionally, as product name suggests, there are two types of coating methods for our resin varnish, either rolling or trickle impregnation.
W-844HD Polyester-imine rolling and trickle resin is widely applied to provide insulating treatment to high speed rotor coils of class F and H electric tool motors and vacuum cleaner motors. It is also suitable for automobile motor coils.

3. W-844HD2 Fast curing impregnating resin
This is a type of two part impregnating resin varnish (1:1).
Curing condition(h/℃): 1/130    
Thermal resisting class: F/H    
Characteristics and uses
This type of trickle resin varnish features wide range of applications and fast curing speed. Its varnish film is of good elasticity, bright color, superior insulating performance and heating resistance.
It is widely applied to provide trickle impregnation process to stator coils of small sized motors, and continuous dipping process to small-sized motors, and more.

4. W-844HD3 Epoxy trickle resin    
This is a type of two component trickle resin varnish.
Curing condition(h/℃): 0.5/130    
Thermal resisting class: B/F    
Characteristics and uses
Our epoxy trickle resin is easy to use. Good usability, tough bonding, and good resistance to dampness and the growth of fungus are the distinct features of our trickle resin varnish.
Our resin varnish is commonly used for trickle impregnating of coils in micro-motors, fractional HP motors, and so on.

5. W-844KF Air drying epoxy trickle resin
A two component trickle resin varnish.
Curing condition (h/℃): 10~12/23    
Thermal resisting class: F    
Characteristics and uses
Our air drying resin varnish features good usability and excellent insulation performance. Its varnish film has low shrinkage, good crack resistance and shiny appearance.
It is applicable for electromobile motors, running machine motors and electric tool motors.
